Golf clubs are increasingly struggling to remain sustainable. It is becoming extremely difficult for golf club committees to manage their golf courses successfully. The MWG team collectively possess the expertise and knowledge to develop and implement turn-around strategies that assists golf clubs to become sustainable once again.
Golf clubs/estates sometimes want to effect changes to their courses out of necessity and/or to create improvements. This is generally a costly exercise. MWG is well positioned to project manage such changes to the desired standard and as cost effectively as can be.
The success of any golf estate is its ability to co-exist with the golf club and other similar facilities. Groups who operate serving their own interests can often divide a golf estate and MWG is ideally positioned to manage this relationship in a professional, unbiased manner.
The collective consulting experience of the Mark Wiltshire Golf team makes it an attractive proposition to consult with golf clubs, whether it pertains to strategy, sustainability, golf operations, course maintenance, procurement and many more aspects of golf.
MWG is surrounded with only the best people to ensure that the team provides quality design, construction, grow in and maintenance. MWG is currently busy with construction and grow-in projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
