Wild2Fly, Paragliding and Hang-gliding tandem flights & lessons on the Garden Route. Based in the Wilderness, Garden Route, we have been training since 1986 and specialise in training and tandem flights for both paragliding and hang gliding. At the helm of the school is senior Instructor, Johan Anderson.

We have you covered for flying along the Garden Route! Sedgefield Cloud 9, Kleinkrantz Paradise Ridge and Wilderness with the famous Map of Africa - scenic views to dream of... Paragliding, hang gliding and microlight flights. Or cruise over the Knysna Heads in our amazing Two seater Micro-light!

Tandem Flights

We have a few sites we fly tandem from, mainly Sedgefield Paragliding and Wilderness Paragliding - all pending on the wind direction on the day. The most used ones are Map of Africa, Wilderness beach Hotel, the Kleinkrantz car park, Paradise Ridge and Sedgefield.

Please bring warm but comfortable clothing - normally a pair of jeans, some sneakers or running shoes and a tracksuit jacket or other warm top. If you have any more questions please do not hesitate to ask. We are ready to answer any questions you might have.

Johan Anderson is a National A-grade Instructor with Instructor ratings for Hang gliding, Paragliding and Microlight WCM aircraft (The only pilot to hold Instructor ratings in all three disciplines!). He has won the National HG Championships 6 times, has thousands of flying hours, all of which translates to unrivalled experience ready to be channelled into your training and flying experience.
