myrun Carmel Coastal Retreat - We offer 2.5km and 5km walks/runs every Sunday.

Timing band collection is from 07h15am and the run starts at 07h30am and it is a gun start. Last runner to be completed by 09h00am. 

Please note: The start of the run/walk will be by the Carmel Sports Field.

Parking : Allocated parking areas.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of your level of fitness.
